Client: Televisión Española Year: 2009

News image. The identity transmits technology, speed and agility. Proposing a new format in news programme presentation, the open, titles, summary and back to live studio filming are all integrated in one, starting from a graphic structure and movement that is capable of captivating the audiences' attention.
Beginning with the design of a new logo (TD.1) and using the colour blue as an essential part of the news identity and the channel, our aim was focused on creating a solid graphic system around the square shape. More emphasis was placed on titling design so as to closely link to the real images. This design format allows for the organization and hierarchization of all graphic information and typographies on screen which makes for a more clear and direct news programme.
