Rock in Rio

Client: Antena 3 TelevisiĆ³n Year: 2011

Channel identity / special event. Design and implementation of two idents for the channel Neox to promote ROCK IN RIO, the music festival that the channel exclusively broadcasts in its programming. We created a small campaign to convey 'the magic of the moment', that culminating instant of emotional bonding between live music and body movement. An environment and atmosphere plucked from the concept of time coming to a delightful standstill.

Picture the scene: three people are suspended in the air, wrapped in the night and the lights, conveying powerful body gestures. Certain elements play upon them, elements that lead to the moment of ecstasy and frenzy at a concert: water, wind, smoke, lights, particles, etc.

Much of the results' secret is in relation to the effect of suspension, which we managed to achieve with a super slow-motion camera that can capture 300 fps.
