Televisión Canaria 2007

Client: Televisión Canaria Year: 2007

Channel rebranding. Design of a new series of idents for Canary Islands regional television company as a development on the previous season. The starting point is their brand identity with the letter “C” in between a set of exclamation marks.

During this stage some essential channel branding coordinates are maintained: the individuals are a reflection of the target audience, the white backgrounds and the graphics elaborated around the green corporate color and the complementary color yellow.

However, in this new series of pieces the backgrounds are transformed into three-dimensional spaces with the character performing with a particular element: a bicycle, a ball, a flower. A series of graphic illustrations are generated onto the surfaces of walls or floors within the space. There is interaction between the gesture made by the character and the appearance of the graphics which give rise to the logo forming at the end of the piece.
